National Gridiron League Announces Open Invitation Player Showcases for the 2025 Season

JACKSONVILLE, FL --The National Gridiron League (NGL) is excited to announce the launch of its 2025 open invitation player tryouts, dubbed the NGL Player Showcases. These showcases offer aspiring football players a unique opportunity to showcase their talents, gain valuable exposure, and compete for a coveted roster spot in the NGL.

To ensure accessibility for players across the country, the league will host five showcases in centrally located cities, each selected for its convenience and football-friendly atmosphere. The showcase locations and dates include:

• Dallas, Texas, Saturday, February 22nd | 11AM | Register
• Tampa, Florida, Saturday, March 15th | 11AM | Register
• Atlanta, Georgia, Saturday, March 22nd | 11AM | Register

Each NGL Player Showcase will give athletes the chance to demonstrate their skills across a variety of tests. Participants will complete the following drills:

• Height
• Weight
• 40-Yard Dash
• Short Shuttle
• Broad Jump
• 1-on-1 Skill Drills

Players will work alongside other elite athletes under the guidance of coaches and NGL scouts, who will evaluate each participant's potential to succeed in the league.

Registration Information

Players interested in participating in an NGL Player Showcase are encouraged to register immediately. Early registration is available for $75.00, but those who register late will pay $125.00. Early registration saves money and ensures a spot in these highly competitive showcases, as space will be limited.
